Please be aware that trading for cash in person is often more safer since you can be certain that you have been paid.  Fake PayPal emails that 'confirm' that the money has been received by your account and then request that you provide the item as soon as possible are often sent by scammers.  You could have already shipped the item by the time you notice they haven't made the payment.
